❌ Cancellations

For any reason you need to reschedule/cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] AND CALL 407-797-5942. Cancellations are available with NO REFUNDS, but you are able to change your event date 2 days or more prior to the reservation date. Cancellations less than 2 days will automatically result in cancelation of your event with the loss of your retainer.

Retainers are NON-Refundable. Unless Mobile Tots Soft Play Cancels Your Event!

πŸ’° Retainers
At time of booking, a 50% retainer and also a signed contract will be required to secure your requested event date. Remaining balance will be due 1 day prior to your event and will be charged to the credit card on file. Failure to pay balance 1 day prior will result in cancellation of the event. With NO REFUNDS!!

*If booking is less than 1 day prior to the event date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.

β›… Weather Conditions

If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume ALL weather-related risks. However, β€œBEFORE SET UP” if it should rain, we will work with you on a solution BEFORE setting up. If you are not able to hold your party indoors, you can check for another date.

*Once Mobile Tots Soft Play has COMPLETED the event set up and it begins to storm on your event. Unfortunately, we would have to pack up your event EARLY and you will not be able to check for another date or receive any type of refund!

🚚 Equipment Pick Up

At time of pickup, Mobile Tots Soft Play, LLC will assess the condition of the equipment. If the equipment is returned in an abnormally dirty condition, Mobile Tots Soft Play will charge a $100 clean up fee to the card on file. If any equipment is damaged at time of pick up, Mobile Tots Soft Play will charge the person or organization the cost of repair to your card on file. If any
equipment is missing at time of pick up, Mobile Tots Soft Play will charge the person or organization the amount to replace the item(s). Receipts will be given to paying customer to ensure a fair amount is being charged.

πŸ”¨ Set Up/Take Down

Renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery AND pick up. Please allow between 1 to 2 hours set up and break down time depending on your package size. NO CONTACT/KIDS are allowed within 6ft of the set-up area during set up and break down due to maintain social distancing.

Please make sure we have a proper parking space to deliver and pick-up equipment to avoid any additional fees!

*Additional fees may apply, if we deliver via stairs or to venues located at long distances from the loading zone (including parks, large estates, or any location that presents delivery/pick up complications)!

Our Safety Rules

Our soft play packages are designed for ages 0-5 only.

Adult supervision at all times! Parents are more than welcome & encouraged to join their little explorers in the play area.

No shoes, socks only! (Adults who enter the play area must have socks on or barefoot).

No food, drinks, or candy in the play area.

No messy items or sharp objects in the play area! This includes the following items: paint, slime, play dough, glitter, sharp toys, scissors, keys, pets, etc.

It is the renter's responsibility to look after all items and ensure the following of the rules as well as ensuring avoidance of damaging or theft of the items.
