WHAT IS SOFT PLAY?

Soft play is the perfect safe play zone for the active baby and toddler and is ideal for children that are crawling and up to 5 years only. 

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?

 Although we specialize in birthday parties we are down to add our soft playgrounds to any event! 🎉 

Birthdays/milestones.  Baby showers.  Gender reveals.  Weddings.  BBQs.  Holiday parties.  Mom groups.  Pop ups.  Corporate events.  Play dates.  Reunions.  Block parties.  Community/School events.

DO YOU SET UP AT PARKS?

No, at the moment we do not. 

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK? 

We recommend you book at least 3 months in advance. It’s never too early to book us for your special occasion – if you have your eye on a date in the future, please fill out the Contact Us form to get started!

DO YOU SET UP THE EQUIPMENT?

Ofcourse! Set up and take down is included in your total price. Renters will be responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. 

DO YOU SET UP OUTDOORS?

Absolutely! As long as the weather permits. We do require you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones. If there is no visible shade, a canopy tent rental will be added, or the option to set up indoors will be explored.
Keep in mind when booking we will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. 
Concrete, grass, or floor is recommended. 

WHAT IS THE COST OF NAME PERSONALIZATION?

Decal personalization begins at $95+. This cost includes, design samples, gas/pick up time, wall prep, application and removal with a special adhesive removal solution. 

The total cost will depend on all these factors. Keep in mind, if you want extensive design, the cost of decal and adhesive removal will increase the price of the overall work due to laborious adhesive removal. 

At time, we DO NOT allow your own design to be applied. Should this be applied without notification, you will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

The deposit of $100 is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will result in the loss of the remainder paid. 

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?

If you have an outdoor event booked, it is heavily advised that you have an indoor alternative just in case. For rainy days we require a tent with four walls if you want an outdoor setup. Or we can use your indoor alternative! Water can cause serious damage to the equipment. Please keep in mind that we will not set up outdoors during heavy wind, rain, thunder, or lightning.

Also keep in mind that for outdoor events you must have adequate shade (canopy tent, pavilion, etc) Soft Play equipment will get VERY hot in direct sunlight.

**Soft Play areas cannot be rented if you will have water activities at your event (swimming, sprinklers, water slide, water guns, water balloons, etc)
